Tracks 1-45 of disc 1 contain the background music used in the games. Tracks 46-98 of disc 1 and tracks 1-98 of disc 2 are Dexter's enunciation of the Japanese Red and Green Pokédex entries for each one of the 151 Pokémon in the Kanto Pokédex, with the voice being from Shin'ichirō Miki. Track 99 of disc 2 plays a techno-style instrumental music followed by a compilation of in-game sound effects.

Only Japanese titles are available as it was released exclusively in Japan. The English titles listed below are the official translations used in Pokémon Jukebox, if available, while the others are adapted from the official English titles of Pokémon FireRed & Pokémon LeafGreen: Super Music Collection.
