Annotation

ProPac's are endless loop BGM (background music) tapes, that have to be played on compatible equipment. Four tracks of audio are on the tape track, and the tape is single-sided.

All tracks are original artists and are not mixed together. Would be intended for use as background music in retail locations.

From the archival upload:
Classic rock and country-rock compilation in the recent AEI Music Propac lot (centre-left). It was published probably around 1991 or 1992. They called it "mixed tempo" but I would classify it more as "upbeat". From the high-frequency response and lack of dropouts I would guess the tape didn't get played much. Funny, arguably the best-quality tape in the lot is (strictly MHO) also the one that's the least listenable (though it does have a couple Stevie Ray and Charlie Daniels cuts so I'll give it that).
