Revenge! is nowadays the reference edition, although it still misses one take. There also exist some high quality boots from the French INA of this miraculous concert.

'So Long Eric' is mistitled 'Goodbye Pork Pie Hat'.
The back cover lists the date as April 18 rather than April 17.
