This release has thick cardboard inner sleeves, labelcode LC 3455, on labels ★ (above album title) and a CBS distribution notice¹, on back German price code 62 and French price code Bx2.

¹) Until 1978 United Artists were distributing Jet Records in most countries of the world. This ended when UA sold defective copies of this album at discounted prices in record shops in the US and Canada. Jet Records sued UA and abruptly switched their worldwide distribution to CBS Records early in 1978.
