War (Sweden export with CBS sticker on sleeve)

~ Release by Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band (see all versions of this release, 43 available)

Annotation

The CBS sticker was likely applied by the record company when in 1991 in Europe the CBS label changed to Columbia. As far as it’s known, “Fire”, “Born To Run Live”, and “War” are the only singles that sometimes carry the CBS sticker in Sweden. They were all released in conjunction with the Live/1975–85 box set in 1986–1987, so it seems that these stickers were applied to overstock copies sold in 1991 or later.
