This was supplied in a slimline case with a blue sleeve. Some copies had a sticker on the case: INLCUDES THREE SPECIAL POSTCARDS (PSCD1). These postcards show famous landmarks such as the Hollywood Hills and the Statue of Liberty with the words (WELCOME TO) PORTISHEAD superimposed upon them.
