Rare numbered edition of 300 copies. Origin unconfirmed, probably U.S.. Second limited edition release of Genesis material from this unknown source. Release year unconfirmed but probably accurate. Two blue on white slicks - front with graphics/title, back with song lists and dedications plus "a message to our customers..." printed in black type. Rubber stamped copy number. Yellow on green label, pseudo band name (Revelation), TEK11780 catalogue number, altered but related track names (see image).
