Annotation
Fan "remastered" game rip of the Pokémon Emerald soundtrack by Infomaniac95, Kurausukun, and ipatix. It was prepared by replacing the samples in the original Pokémon Emerald game ROM with higher quality versions, then rendering each track out using a special fork of agbplay.
The tracks were distributed as a 7-Zip archive containing FLAC files, organized into "Disc 1", "Disc 2", "Disc 3", and "Untagged" subfolders. The files in the first three subfolders are tagged in such a way that each points to its counterpart on the official Ruby & Sapphire soundtrack release. The "Untagged" tracks are completely devoid of tags and mostly constitute unused, beta, or sound effect tracks which lack a formal title or attribution.
