Issued in a regular jewel case with 2x2 foldout poster paper insert and a front sticker on some copies.
Marketed and Distributed in the UK by Polydor Ltd. credit on the lyric side of the insert, bottom right corner. This is the first issue.

Interesting random fact from My Pressing. My #AO pressing says "MADE IN GERMANY". Many others at discogs are "MADE IN W.GERMANY". There is clearly a point after 1989-11-9 when someone updating the Matrix info on these pressings to note the Reunification of Germany.

The painted front of my CD is still "Made in W.Germany" so we are in a transition here.
