Disky Good Morning Vietnam versions

These seem a little confused. Same cover art used on multiple different releases by Disky. Content then varies over the years.

1992-93 Originally released as three separate single CD volumes
Reissued in 1996 as a boxset of these three CDs with a few track changes. Coverart is based on the original three CDs cut and pasted and flipped.
Reissued in 2000 as a 5CD boxset with totally different tracks
Reissued in 2002 as a 3 CD boxset again, little in common with previous editions. Uses the 1996 coverart.
Reissued in 2005 as a 3 CD boxset again, little in common with previous editions
