The bonus live videos are actually put together in one long video. "Morality of a Dark Age" & "Feast of the Grand Whore" taken from live in Mexico ("Gimnasion Guadalupe" - Monterrey N.L.) April 1, 1995; "Non Serviam" taken from live in Greece 2002.

Recorded at Storm Studios in 1994.
