CD artwork reads: "Promotional Copy Not For Sale", but this album is not a promo, it is an unofficial bootleg.
Track 7 appears on the release as 'Down (Edit Live Version)'.
Track 8 appears on the release as 'I Could Never Take... (Slow Version)'.

This album is sold as a limited edition promotional release, when in fact it is a very cheaply made bootleg. At the start of some tracks, the last second or so of another song (not the one before) can be heard, and on some the intro of another song can be heard at the end. Let's Go Crazy starts with a sudden cut, missing a chunk of the intro.

Tracks 4, 7 and 10 are recordings of the studio versions played by DJ Rashida prior to Prince's show on 17th January 2013 at the Dakota Jazz Club in Minneapolis.
Track 4 was later released officially on HITNRUN Phase Two.
Track 7 was later released officially as 'The Breakdown'.
Track 8 is a live version ripped from an official YouTube video.
Track 10 was later released officially as 'Ain’t Gonna Miss U When U’re Gone'.
Track 14 is a live perfomance of the Billy Cobham track 'Stratus' at the Dakota Jazz Club.
