Both this and Vol 1 were distributed for both US and Canada by Pickwick Int'l which the back cover credits suggest. The same covers were used for both country's distribution. You didn't know which pressing you got until you opened it and saw what country was printed on the disc.

This is the US pressing, as stated on the label "A Product of Pickwick International, Inc. Minneapolis MN Printed in U.S.A."
"⊂◯⊃" (Rounded US Air Force-style logo) denotes pressing by Keel Mfg. Corp.

Track A1: Sleeve states "Nothin' Shakin' (but the leaves on the trees)", label states "Ain't Nothing Shakin'"
