Music For The Fruitcake Generation (Unreleased) (Digital release from previous vinyl release)
~ Release by Peach Pit (see all versions of this release, 1 available)
Annotation
Bruno Motik joined Peach Pit during the recording of "SUSPICIOUS CARGO" album. His unique guitar-playing style was the band's new inspiration. Eight new songs were made in the next six months. Those songs were structuraly more complex, had more subtle dynamics, and defined the new direction in the band's style (quite a refreshment after a dynamics exploatation on the "SUSPICIOUS CARGO"). Poster
Recording started it in the summer of 2000. Deternined to make exceptional peace of work, we spent over 3 months in the studio. Due to the technical problems (no, not related to the digital medium, it was recorded on the 16-track tape machine), 90% of the recording was destroyed. The rest that was saved was not finished and not usable except for demo purposes. The whole "techincal problem" thing lasted for about 6 months until we dropped the whole thing and admitted that the album is lost.
