There is little quality online info for this bootleg compilation, but it appears to be sourced as follows:
Tracks 1-5: Moon demo
Tracks 6-9, 14: The Smashing Pumpkins demo tape
Tracks 10-13: 1989, Reel Time Studios

Based on circulation/inclusion on other bootlegs:
Track 17 may be a mislabeled Snail (likely, since the actual song Waiting is already included, mislabeled as A Trip Unto Bountiful), making tracks 15-17 most likely from 1990-06-16: Club de Wash, Madison, WI, USA
Track 18 probably from 1991-08-20: Backstage Tavern, Seattle, WA, USA
