Some Real Life releases have an unlisted track before “Banging on the Door” which has often been described as an “Instrumental Bridge” to it. According to the Dream Giver Redux fan site this is actually a section of an otherwise unreleased demo called “Dark Isle” which ultimately became “Rivers of Ice”.
