This 3" CD ep came in a plastic petri-dish. Tracklisting was on a paper coaster under the CD which was designed to look like bacteria culture or something.
Seems to be referred to as 'Petri-Dish' though it has the slogan "Keep it Corvidae" under the Mordant Music Raven logo on the case sticker.
