Annotation

The reissue CD booklet lists two pairs of people who have mastered this release:

  • Andy VanDette and Greg Fulginiti
  • Giovanni Scatola and Nick Watson

From the layout of the booklet (the 2nd pair are listed on one page, directly under the guy who specifically did artwork for the reissue, while the first pair are listed with the main credits (performers, etc.)) I would guess that the first pair did the original mastering while the second pair mastered the bonus disc and, if the reissue was in fact a remaster, remastered this disc.
It's possible that the second pair only mastered the bonus disc, in which case their ARs here should not exist. If anyone finds conclusive evidence this is the case, please remove the ARs accordingly.

"Over and Out" and "No Way Out...Continued" both list "Dickinson, Crichton, Baker" as writers. I believe I have identified Crichton as Saga member Jim Crichton, but I haven't managed to figure out who Baker is.
