Scan, TOCs and booklet uploaded.

Would need a review as accentued characters were not recognized + some others (ex: l instead of i, a instead of o, B instead of ß, ...). I tried to fix but there are good odds I missed some (especially Operas discs and ones in German).

Then before adding works recordings should be merged to existing ones.
For instance TOCs from below discs match existing releases: 6,7,8,14,15,16,17,18,19,22,26,27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,35,44,45,46,47,49,50,51,52,53,55,56,57,58,59,60,62,63
