This version released in Box, has two inserts filterd in yellow, one which depicts the front part and is pasted In the lid, the other inside which depicts the back part.
As all other versions also this is incomplete, are missing the lasts songs and also the audio is broadcasted from radio.
The interview between the first and second part of the show (track C2) is recorded from KSAN Radio, Tuscon, AZ on December 13, 1978.
